The Thriving: Recover Your Life DVD's are all licensed for use, and we offer several different options to fit your particular needs and budget. Please read the information below and select the licensing that is right for you. Home License
The Home License permits you to display the DVD images for personal and private use only. The Home License does not permit use of this video in groups, classes, training or where the licensee may profit materially or financially from its use.
The Home Use License and video are excellent for students to take home and review the teaching. You may want to explore the option of starting a group in your area by first purchasing a home version and workbook for yourself. The Home Use License and video are not for use with groups, and the group activities are not included in the video.
Open Group License
The Open Group License and video are designed for recovery groups that are offered at no charge for participation. Participants may buy their own workbooks or contribute to their cost as well as the cost of program materials such as the Restarting OGL Program Kit on a free-will basis but are not charged to participate in a program or class. Users of the Restarting Open Group License and video must agree to the following contract conditions. You will be issued a license number that will allow you discounts on selected materials such as workbooks, and other rights as well. The Open Group License must be registered with Shepherd’s House Inc. with proof of purchase to be valid.
Purchasers of this Restarting Video Series Open Group License may display these images to individuals or community groups. The Open Group License does not permit use of this video where the licensee may profit materially or financially from its use. Under the Open Group License, organizations and individuals may request donations or have participants share expenses for this license and materials.
Any use of this material in commercial or training venues where admission, enrollment, participation or tuition is charged is prohibited under the Open Group License. Institutional use by both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations requires a separate and current Institutional/Training License from Shepherd’s House Inc.
To apply for an Open Group License, please download the correct application form below, print and fill it out, and mail it with proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation from our web store) to the Shepherd’s House address on the form to register your license number. You will receive your license number at the time of purchase. When your application has been approved, you will be notified by email, and your Open Group License discount will then apply to the materials for the approved module.

Institutional / Training License
The Institutional/Training License and video is designed for counselors, programs and training where students, clients and patients participate in paid classes or programs. These programs typically involve enrollment, tuition, fees or admission - whether the participant or a third party pays the costs.
