Items in this category are free. Simply follow the same procedure that you would use to shop for any other item, including the normal checkout process. No credit card or other financial information will be required (unless you want to purchase other products).

Once Your Order is Completed, Use These Steps to Download Your PDF:
1. Make sure you are logged in to your account on www.lifemodel.org/shopping/
2. Click on "My Account" on the top bar of any Web Store page
3. Under "Previous Orders" click "View" next to the order for the PDF
4. To the right of the PDF line, click on the "Download" button
5. You should get a pop-up box asking you what to do with the file.
6. Select "Save to Disk" and click "OK".
The computer will ask where you want to save the zip file.

Your PDF is contained in a ZIP file. To open it:
1. Double-click on the Zip file. (Windows XP, Vista, Win7)
2. When the folder opens, double click on the PDF file to open it.
